Delete your account
Deletion is permanent and immediate: there is no bin, no cooling-off period, and no backup we could hand back to you.
Steps
- Open the Account tab and scroll to the Danger zone card.
- Click Delete my account.
- Enter your password: one click is not enough for something with no way back.
- Confirm.
What is deleted
- Your personal environment and everything in it: pages, shortened links, components, styles, QR code templates, tags, images.
- Your statistics, your support tickets and your sign-in history.
- Your subscription, cancelled with our payment provider before anything else happens.
What does not go with you
A shared environment you own is handed to its oldest active member, with all its content: the others keep working. If it has no other member, it is deleted like the rest. Environments where you were only a guest lose your membership, not their content.
If your subscription cannot be cancelled
Cancellation comes first, and deletion stops if it fails. This is deliberate: better an account still standing and another attempt than a subscription charged to an account that no longer exists. Try again later, or write to support.
