Change your password
Changing your password signs out your other devices: this is deliberate, it cuts off anyone still logged in elsewhere.
Steps
- Open the Account tab, Login card.
- Click Change your password.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter the new one: the bar shows what is missing, and the button only activates once the four criteria are met and the confirmation matches.
- Confirm.
Forgotten password
From the login screen, click Forgot password. You receive a reset link, valid for a limited time.
Sign out your other devices
The Remembered devices card, in the Account tab, forgets every device where « Remember me » had been ticked, in one go. You stay signed in where you are. Worth doing after lending your computer, or losing your phone.
