Roles and rights
Every member has a role, which decides what they can see and change. The environment owner is always an administrator.
The three roles
- Administrator — everything: create, edit, delete, invite and remove members, manage the environment.
- Editor — create and edit content, but neither manage members nor delete the environment.
- Reader — view content and its statistics, without changing anything.
Restrict a piece of content
A page's Access tab lets you reserve it for certain members. The others do not see it in their lists. The Access column of the page list shows how many people can reach it.
