Customise a shortened link
By default the short address ends with a random string. You can replace it with a readable word, and change the destination without changing the address.
Steps
- Open the link from the Shortener tab.
- Click below the title.
- Type the word you want. If it is taken, a message tells you.
- Confirm.
Change the destination
In the Info tab, change the redirection address: the short address stays the same, and so do the clicks already counted. Handy for a QR code already printed.
Protect with a password
From Advanced options, the button asks for a code before redirecting.
