Manage your subscription
Your plan sets how many pages, links, social networks, environments and members you get, as well as access to components and QR templates.
See where you stand
A counter appears above each list your plan puts a cap on, for instance 6 / 20. It turns red when the limit is reached. That total covers all environments of the plan owner, while the list below only shows the current environment: it can therefore announce more items than there are rows. The information icon next to the counter says how many are elsewhere. Where your plan is unlimited, there is no counter: there is nothing to count.
Change plan
Open the Subscription tab of your account, compare the plans and pick yours. Payment goes through Stripe.
Cancel or get a refund
You can cancel at any time from the Subscription tab: access stays open until the end of the paid period. Your first subscription is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days, and so is a forgotten yearly renewal within 14 days of the charge. To ask, write to support@tinylink.fr from your account's email address. The details are in the refund policy, linked in the website footer.
What happens beyond a limit
Nothing is deleted. Items beyond the cap simply stop appearing on the public page and carry a badge in the editor, until you go back under the limit or change plan.
