Choose the e-mails you receive
TinyLink only sends three kinds of e-mails on your behalf, each one switchable off in your profile. In-app notifications (invitations, support replies, moderation) always stay on.
Steps
- Open the Account tab, E-mail notifications block.
- Weekly report: every Monday morning, the views and clicks of your pages and links over the past week, Monday to Sunday. It is not sent if you had no views and no clicks.
- Invitations: an e-mail when someone invites you into an environment, on top of the in-app notification. If you do not answer, at most three reminders follow, then nothing more.
- News: new features, and a nudge if your space stays empty a few days after signing up.
- Flip the switch: the setting is saved immediately, nothing to confirm.
What cannot be switched off
Security and account e-mails (address validation, password reset, link or account blocked by moderation) are always sent: they protect your account or inform you of a decision that concerns you.
